The JFDI Bot Starter Kit

Stop trying to carry every open loop in your business
in your head.

Every client waiting on a reply. Every follow-up you meant to send. Every promise you're tracking in a note you haven't looked at since Tuesday. You don't have to hold all of this. There's a better way.

Private beta — first cohort is small and hands-on.

You've built the workflows. You've tried the tools.
They still need you to run them.

The follow-up you compose in your head at 7am and forget by 9. The client relationship that cooled because you didn't reach out when you meant to. The idea you had on Tuesday that's gone by Friday because nothing caught it.

You've tried tools. Notion, Zapier, a VA. Some of them worked — but they broke the moment anything changed. The automation that saved you three hours a week now costs you four hours to maintain. The knowledge base you built became a project unto itself.

And the tools that do work don't fit the way you think. You fight your own wiring to use them. Every day. The system still needs you to be the engine — and part of your brain is always running a background process called "what am I forgetting?"

You're never fully present. Not in the meeting. Not at dinner. Not even when things are going well.

You don't need a prettier place to stare at your open loops. You need something that closes them.

What if every open loop resurfaced at the right moment?

The follow-up you'd forget by 9am? It's drafted before you think to ask. You review it, hit send, move on.

You walk into your first meeting and a brief is already there — who you're seeing, what you discussed last time, what you said you'd follow up on. You're present. Not performing.

Every system you've tried still needed you to be the engine. This one learns how you work and adapts to you. Not the other way around.

And because the operational weight is gone, the cost of trying something new rounds to zero. You sketch an idea and the system handles follow-through. You reach out to someone you've been meaning to connect with. You experiment again — because the system absorbs complexity instead of creating it.

Nothing gets lost. Nothing gets forgotten. Everything you need is a single request away — and the things that matter most come to you before you think to ask. You're not just keeping up. You're doing things you wouldn't have tried before.

01

Your Bot, Built With You

This isn't a download. Alex Hillman works with you directly to configure your AI assistant around your actual workflows, your tools, and the way your brain works. Not a template — a system built from the inside out, starting with the things that cost you the most time right now.

02

A System That Thinks Ahead

Email triage, calendar management, task tracking, meeting prep, relationship memory, daily briefings — integrated into one system that shares context across everything. It doesn't wait for you to ask. It anticipates what you need and surfaces it before you realize you're looking for it.

03

A Cohort, Not a Course

Weekly group calls with a small cohort of business owners all building alongside each other. Watch what's working for someone in a completely different business and realize it solves your problem too. The patterns you discover together are worth more than any tutorial.

This took two years to build. You skip that part.

No spam. No "AI newsletter." Just an email when it's time.

I was a skeptic. Then I built one for myself.

I'm Alex Hillman. I've spent 20 years running businesses — from Indy Hall, one of the world's original coworking communities, to Stacking the Bricks, where I taught thousands of business owners how to build products people actually want.

I was unimpressed by early AI tools. Most of them were demos dressed up as products. But I kept checking back, kept experimenting, and in early 2025 I built my first tool that actually made sense for the way I work. That led to more. Then a knowledge base. Then a full operating system that handles my email, my calendar, my tasks, my relationships, my projects, and my daily briefings. I named him Andy.

Andy didn't come from a lab. He came from running a real business — from missing follow-ups, from walking into meetings unprepared, from the specific frustration of knowing exactly what I needed and not being able to find a tool that fit. I'm not a programmer. I'm a business operator who understands technology well enough to build what I actually need — and a professional translator who can help you do the same.

The JFDI Bot Starter Kit is how you get your own version — without the two years of trial and error.
